Paris Hilton, the eldest child of Kathy Hilton and the niece of Kyle Richards of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, shared an Instagram picture of a baby outfit in a light pink color with the name “London” printed on it. On top of the comfortable combination were a pair of heart-framed sunglasses and a charming plush animal.
“Thankful for my baby girl,” Paris captioned the post.

Nearly 10,000 people commented on the announcement, including Rachel Zoe, Kimora Lee Simmons, Kris Jenner, Olivia Culpo, Naomi Campbell, and Paris’ aunt Kyle, who mostly used pink heart emojis. In a November 23 TikTok, Paris further verified the good news by asking her niece and nephew, “Are you guys eager for your new cousin? I am a mother of two children.
Just like Paris’ initial Instagram announcement, the TikTok garnered thousands of congratulatory and gushing replies.
“My princess has arrived!!” the mom commented on the video.
Paris Hilton gives thanks for her growing family
The news came less than a year after Paris and her husband, Carter Reum, welcomed Phoenix Barron — their first child who was born via surrogate back in January. Paris posted a series of photos and videos with her baby boy as they spent Turkey Day surrounded by loved ones.
“So much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving,” she captioned an Instagram that showed her and Phoenix at the dinner table.
Carter yelled, “Big brother! Big Brother! Party!” as Paris and Phoenix were seen dancing in the dining room in a later Instagram Story. In a separate post on November 23, the heiress shared her thoughts on motherhood along with a mix of modern and vintage family pictures.
She added, “I am so grateful for this beautiful life.” “Becoming a mother is the most incredible blessing that this year has brought.” Being surrounded by such a wonderful family, encouraging friends, and a devoted husband makes me incredibly grateful. Many more years of love and gratitude, please!
