The Blue Bloods star celebrated his 52nd birthday on Tuesday, August 17, and in doing so, posted an iPhone video of his late mother, Alma, wishing him a happy birthday.

“Happy birthday, Donnie!” she smiled and chuckled into the camera. “It’s Mummy. Oh, I wished I was with ya on your birthday. I miss you. But I hope you have a wonderful birthday—you deserve it. I love you. Okay, baby.”
While it’s unclear when the video is from, fans can’t help but be emotional over her message, not to mention Donnie’s caption of the post.
