The images for Outlander season 7, episode 15 are out. We get ready for battle with Claire and Jamie.
We knew a battle was coming in Outlander season 7B. It had to considering at the point in history Claire and Jamie are. Well, one of those battles is set to happen in Outlander season 7, episode 15.
It’s all about the Battle of Monmouth, one that wasn’t decisive in battle history but is important in Claire and Jamie’s story. As with any battle, Claire is stationed at the medical tents.
She is ready to help the injured soldiers, and it doesn’t matter which side of the war they are on—she has taken an oath.
Meanwhile, Jamie will face the enemy. He will lead his soldiers into battle, and this is sure to be a bloody one.
Claire and Jamie spend time together in Outlander season 7, episode 15
The series hasn’t had the time to give us a lot of Claire and Jamie together this season. That’s not surprising with so much else going on. However, this episode is going to be important, and we’ll get to see some moments between them.
One set of images are at night. They both sit outside on a log, and it’s clear that this is a conversation about what’s to come. They are worried; Claire especially so. Claire hasn’t done a lot of research into the American Revolutionary War. She didn’t expect to end up here with Jamie considering his hatred for sailing, but here they are, and she has to just figure it out like the rest of them.
Then there are some images of the two in their tent. It’s clear they’ll get a slightly more intimate moment before the battle commences.
A bloody battle about to happen
We also get images of the battle in Outlander season 7, episode 15. There are a few images of Jamie running through the woods with his men. This is something we get to see in the promo as well.
Then there are images at the medical tents. Claire and Rachel are treating patients, and it looks like Claire is getting ready to mentor Rachel. It makes so much sense for Rachel to be with the injured soldiers. While she doesn’t agree with violence, she can surely help treat them and give them some calming words, especially those who can’t be saved.
There’s also a shot of Denny, and he has a worried look on his face. It looks like people behind him are fleeing, which suggests the battle is getting closer than they expected.
Roger and Buck in 1739 in Outlander season 7, episode 15
We know that Brianna is getting ready to return to Roger, but there are no images of her and the children out. We do get some images of Roger and Buck, though.
They need to figure out what to do next. It’s clear that Jemmy probably isn’t in the past. Jemmy isn’t the reason Roger came back this far. Now what do they do, and what if they did change the future?
Lord John Grey is back, which isn’t surprising considering we see him in the promo as he goes to save William. We don’t have anything of Young Ian, but we know that he is with Lord John Grey on the way to the Hessians.
