Home And Away’S Harper Caught Out As Dana Discovers Her Wedding Secret

Home and Away’s Harper Matheson is caught out next week as her sister Dana realises that she’s lying about her dream wedding.

Harper faces pressure to stand up for herself as she ploughs ahead with plans for a low-key ceremony with her fiancé Tane Parata.

The couple have agreed to tie the knot before their baby is born, leaving them with a limited timeframe to get everything sorted.

This means that Harper has agreed to sacrifice all the bells and whistles, opting for a simple registry office ceremony instead.

Next week, Dana refuses to believe that Harper doesn’t want her wedding to be a bigger deal.

Dana feels vindicated when she stumbles across an old wedding mood board saved on Harper’s computer. Although the saved file is from a few years ago, it proves that Harper has always wanted a big wedding.

As Dana fears that Harper won’t speak up for herself around Tane, who’s pushing for the simple ceremony, she consults with her sister’s wedding planners John Palmer and Marilyn Chambers instead.

Dana encourages John and Marilyn to start going much bigger with the plans, but when the trio ambush Harper, she feels overwhelmed.

Later, Dana defends her meddling by telling Harper that she found her old wedding file. Rather than acknowledge what she really wants and have an honest conversation with Tane, Harper chooses to delete the old document.

Things only get worse when Harper finds out that Dana has been gossiping to Mackenzie Booth about her engagement.

Harper warns Dana that she’ll revoke her invitation to the wedding if she crosses the line again. Will Dana take the hint and back off, or is this too important for her to stay silent over?

Home and Away airs these scenes on Thursday, April 3 and Friday, April 4 on Channel 5.
