Bevilaqua Plots Revenge Against Dwight In Tulsa King Season 2, Episode 8 Sneak Peek

The second season of Tulsa King continues its run on Paramount+ with the eighth episode, “Under New Management,” set to debut on Nov. 3. Ahead of the episode’s premiere, CBR can unveil a sneak peek clip to tease what’s to come.

The logline for Season 2, Episode 8 reads, “Bevilaqua prepares for revenge. Thresher and Ming discuss a new arrangement.” In the sneak peek clip, Frank Grillo’s Bill Bevilaqua plotting out a new attack against Dwight Manfredi’s (Sylvester Stallone) gang in Tulsa. Despite some concerns raised by his crew, Bevilaqua is not afraid, hinting that a deadly confrontation is imminent.

Season 2 of Tulsa King premiered in November after the first season wrapped up its run in January 2023. The series has been a big hit with viewers, pulling in high viewership along with critical acclaim. Season 2 has been especially well received, as it still maintains a perfect score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes after seven episodes. A third season has not been officially announced by Paramount+ at this time, though Sylvester Stallone has hinted that it’s already in the planning stages.

The series was created by Taylor Sheridan. Along with Stallone in the lead role, the series stars Andrea Savage, Martin Starr, Jay Will, Max Casella, Domenick Lombardozzi, Vincent Piazza, Garrett Hedlund, Dana Delany, and Annabvella Sciorra. Neal McDonough and Frank Grillo joined the show for its second season, while music sensation Jelly Roll also made a special guest appearance.

“It’s tremendous to see the premiere resonate with a record number of viewers,” Paramount+ exec Jeff Grossman previously said in a statement after the premiere episode’s success, hinting at the importance of the ensemble. “Stallone makes the role of Dwight Manfredi irresistibly compelling, and he is complemented by a phenomenal ensemble cast. We can’t wait to share what his unlikely crew and their formidable adversaries are up to this season.”

“I’ll just say it: there’s never a dull moment,” Hedlund also told CBR about Season 2 in an exclusive interview. “The stakes are heightened in this season. Danger’s heightened. The opposing force is coming for their turf of Oklahoma. We’re just extending our reach and taking all we can get, so it’s going to be big.”

Tulsa King is streaming on Paramount+, with new episodes premiering on Sundays at 3 AM ET/midnight PT. The season finale is scheduled for Nov. 17, 2024.
